Back in March, I purchased the "Abigail Kit" by Janel Kretschman and today, while working on a project, I discovered that the Abigail Alpha is missing the letter "H". I emailed Janel, but I have not heard from her yet and in the meantime, I am on "hold" for my project as the letter "H" is in almost every title I am getting ready to make. Is there any other way that I can get this missing item? I went to my account history, but it did not give me an option to download it again and even if I do, the letter "H" may not be there.

I guess I will do another post to see if anyone else is missing the letter "H" in that kit!

Raechel, I got your email. One reason I wanted to post on the forum was to see if possibly I had somehow "lost" the letter "H" or if it was never in the kit to start with.

That's OK Sarah.......I had also posted to the forum asking if anyone had the kit and Sarah Grimwood replied that she had it and she was also missing the "H". Thanks anyway!
