shopping cart problem

Can someone tell me why my shopping cart keep emptying?
After many hours of shopping and selecting, I had to leave my computer and when I came back my cart was empty! This has happened twice - very flustrating! Yes, I was logged in. My wish list is still intact but the shopping cart contents are lost.

Please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong---
Thanks so much

ACK!! I'm so sorry that happend to you!! Not sure why it did that. I'm thinking its timing out somewhere. Wish I was more of help. Maybe add them to your wish list for now until you have everything then add them to your shopping cart? Just a thought.

are you logged into the cart? I know that at other sites that if I'm not logged in, it doesn't save my cart session later...

*edit* - I see you said you are logged in, I'll have it checked into and am quite sorry about the frustration

This should now be fixed... it was a session setting on our end; we've now changed the session to remain in tact for a year That should keep the carts from emptying in time I'm sure

Please let us know if you have any other issues and if this helps out.

Thanks for all of your help. What ever it was it seems to be fine now!!
I will put everything on the wishlist now and move to shopping cart just before I purchase to be safe.
Thanks
