I'm soo dissapointed, I had ordered my photoalbum from Egypt at mypix since it is a european company so 'easier' to contact whenever there are problems that occure.

The album took up to 15 days longer to be send then as noted on the website...
Today it finally arrived. The cover is just a paperflap with pictures, very ugly, nothing compared to the gorgeous cover from my shutterfly book.
The pages are HIGH gloss, you see every finger every piece of dust on it, and 3 pages where allready sticking together with dirt between them.
I'm about to cry, I spend over a 100 dollars for that album since it's 60 pages thick, and I'm not happy at all.
I called the helpdesk, press 2 for a dtuch operator, and there are NO dutch operators. so in my best english I explained my problems. And uhm it was a 'bad luck for me' problem.
as comfort I can get 30 normal sized photoprints free *value less then 10 dollars*, as if I want something free from them again...

Next time i'm going shutterfly again, that album arrived 2 weeks before my egypt album and they where both ordered at the same day!!!!

So So Sorry, Carin! But TY for sharing your very awfull experience with us so we don't make the same mistake. I was encouraged to make a Shutterfly book after seeing the one you posted here in the forum. I'm about 1/3 the way through and can't wait to see my new book in my hands! I hope mine turns out 1/2 as good as yours!

I should have trusted my instincts to order the Egypt album at shutterfly as well, but my DH is a practical thinker and insisted to try a european company....

I am going to safe up money to order a reprint at shutterfly of my egypt album I mean such a special holiday needs the perfect album in my eyes.

Moxie I cant wait to see your album I bet you are completly satisfied with shutterfly!!!!

Oh Carin, this is awful, so sorry. Did you put the charge on a credit card? Sometimes if you don't get a satisfactory product and you make every attempt to allow the manufacturer to correct it, the Credit Card company will allow you to dispute the charge.

oh Carin - I'd certainly file a complaint with your credit card company if all attempts fail to have it rectified with the original company; they did not provide you with what you should have received.

Oh no Carin! So sorry the product came out so bad..and it took them that long lol. That's rude to pretty much say - 'bad luck for you'. Argh - so frustrating!

Oh wow Carin that is horrible! Hopefully you can find some sort of resolution with the company!!
