here is one way of doing it
http://www.acme.com/labelmaker/
of course, that will only be a 72 dpi file so if that is a problem for you, you would have to make your own. Add your photo in the USER CONTROL PANEL - EDIT PROFILE

um, Maya, I don't see where I can add a pic. Does it have something to do with all the different codes there? because I have no clue as to what they mean!
