grumble

I need to grumble for a bit.
Last week I registered, ordered, and paid for a special kit I really wanted/ needed. Paid instantly with paypal, money enough on it, money transferred right away and so on.
But no download link appeared at all....

i've contacted their sales thingy, no reply, tried contacting them again 3 more times no replies..
BUT I noticed they run sales, add new products almost daily, and they update their blog and so on.

So why don't they reply to my email?
Should I let paypal transfer the money back????
I kept copies of all send emails, or am I just to impatient?

blgg it just makes me ircks I was so looking forward to play with that kit, but the way this is going I never want to use it...
anyone got good avice for me?

How long ago did you order the kit? How long since you sent the first email?

ETA: Sorry, I see you ordered a week ago. When was it you sent the emails??

Happened to me once!! After I tried to contact them for 2 weeks I wrote a letter to paypal and their service was great; they contacted the selling site and in no time I had a letter from them with a download link. Only thing you have to do is fill in a form at the paypal site. Wish you good luck!

The download link didn't happen to get grabbed by a spam filter on your system did it?
My ISP put on it's own spam filter and I used to get quite a few things held up in there until I added them to the whitelist!
Just a thought...even their replys could be held up in there...

My advice is get your money back from PayPal. Poor customer service shouldn't be encouraged. No kit is THAT wonderful.

Did you check your order history on that site? If anything, the links should be posted there, and if not... well then you will want to take actions to try and get your money back. Sorry this is happening to you

Hi there! Not sure if this kit was purchased here at SBB but if it was and your emails are not getting through for some reason - always feel free to contact me directly here at the site via PM and/or Raechel at knightsgal76 - we're both more than happy to assist and check into it for you.

If it's not one purchased here at SBB.... then I'd for sure if you have tried and tried to contact the site/store owner.... file a dispute with PayPal and most of the time it will be a) resolved and/or b) your money ultimately refunded by PayPal.

Hi girls,
no it wasnt ordered at SBB, nothing but GOOD stories bout it.
I had send 3 emails, never got a reply....
nothing in my account info there either at that point.
I did however left a message at their blog today as well, and look and behold 10 minutes later my download link was suddenly added, received an email from it as well.

It's sad they didnt took time to reply to any of my emails, and that I had to write a message in a blog before getting it changed.

The next time i'm just sticking to SBB for shopping
