Hi Shelleyrae,
Look what showed up (See attachment !!) when I was posting to a forum other than Admin Announcements.
You were right, it is an administrative thing. I checked two other forums and they also allow me to Manage Attachments.
Thank you so much for teaching me about screen shots. It's going to be very helpful.
