Grungy scratchy effect??????

Hi everyone. Could someone please direct me to a tutorial on how to do this technique or effect as in the link below.

There is a PhotoShop tutorial that can explain how to get a look similar to that.

From the credits list, she may have used an overlay or paper by Denise Docherty as well. The best thing to do is to send a Private Message (PM) the creator of the layout and ask for more info about the supplies she used.

And if you are just learning, you really gotta check out our tutorial section! If you are still using an earlier version of PS, read both the PS and PSE tutorials to learn some cool tricks and techniques. (And when you get stuck, just call out for some assistance).

Looks like she has used the fiber filter to achieve at least part of the look.
Add a layer on top of you image filled with about 50% grey
Filter> Render> Fiber - experiment with teh settings to get the right amount of grunge.
Select Ok and then chaneg the blending mode of the layer - try soft light or overlay.
Then duplicate that layer and rotate to horizontal and do the same. For both layers play around with the opacity levels too
