Argh. It's been awhile since I was active here, with the new baby coming and all. My computer crashed, taking much of my SBing files with it. Thankfully, I backed up a ton of files in Jan, but there are still a bunch of kits that are gone, that I can't download anymore from my orders history in the store. At least $100 in kits are gone

And then, there are all the new things I'm seeing all over SBB! So many new challenges, and new people....I can't keep up! I have no idea where to start. DH isn't working right now - I can't afford to rebuy all those kits, I do have some free ones, but all my favorites are the boughts ones, and they're gone. Sigh. Inspiration is out the window...I look at other's LOs and just sigh. So great, but my brain isn't piecing anything together (sleep deprivation anyone? with 4 kids? never!)....sigh. I wanna scrap!

An idea about the pay kits that you lost. Alot of times if you email the store they will be able to find your invoice and reactivate your downloads. Just an idea to be able to recover some of your paid things. I have seen lots of store owners be really good about this.

I can so feel you with the kids, goodness knows we have a herd of them here

Amy, if you can still see the orders in your order history, I'm sure that Amy or Rachael will be able to re-activate them for you. I know that Rachael was able to help me that way with an order on which I had let the time limit expire. Send them an email, I know they will help as much as they can.

And now it's time for you to start learning to love the kits/freebies you still have. The old "make lemonade" thing. Just start playing with the ones you have and you might be surprised how much you can do. Many of the challenges here give out freebies as an incentive to participate and that can quickly build your supply back up with fun, creative papers, elements, etc., all for for free. And the challenges give you a good starting point for getting back into the swing of things.

So just jump in with both feet and get started. We would love to have you in some of the challenges.

Please, please send me an email at customer.service@sbbemail.com and I can reset the links for your previous orders for you so you can redownload them - I will let you know that some designers are no longer selling with us, so I may not have access to those downloads any more... but I can at least get most of them back for you... and the ones that the designers are no longer with us... you can email them directly to see if they can send you the file too.
