Can someone please let me know how to make a circle frame. I have tried but when I expand the frame it gets square edges. I use ps7. This is how I do it.
Select circle with marquee tool on paper.
Delete circle.
Select - modify - expand. I do that twice.
Control - Shift - i
Delete.
I get my circle frame with edges that are straight.
What am I doing wrong?

I have CS2 so it may be differnt, but in case it will still work for you here is how I do it
Select the marquee elliptical tool and drag out the circle.
Invert and delete teh outer part of the circle so just teh circle is left.
then use Modify> contract by however many pixels
Invert and delete - this deletes the middle of the circle, so im left with the frame..does that help?
