Great deal on Photoshop Elements 4.0 at Costco
Costco has PSE 4 for 39.99 (there is a coupon for 40.00 instant rebate-good until June 18) with a another mail-in 20.00 rebate which makes the price 19.99. If you shop online you will have to pay shipping and tax-about 10.00-you don't need a coupon number-it subtracts automatically.
