Question Help-I'm so stupid!

I can manage to pigure out PS CS, but not how to get my pics into my gallery I tried uploading from my computer, but nothing happened. Then tried doing it one @ a time, still nothing. Then I just did a big upload from photobucket, pics came out so small, you can hardley see them, so I deleted the whole sub-album in photobucket & re-uploaded them. In Photobucket they are huge! right at or below the 125K limit. So I tried to upload again with what I thought were bigger pics, just to find out that they came out the same size! So I have 2 questions:
1. What the heck am I doing wrong?!?!?
2. How do I delete or hide all of my duplicate images???

Hi
Heres a tutorial that walks you through saving for the gallery http://scrapbook-bytes.com/cgi-scrip...rticle_6.shtml and how to upload

To delete other uploads, click choose Edit photo found under each layout and then select delete.

no worries!

SAVE YOUR original first!!then..

This is the way I do a 12x12 page:
1. flatten the layers of your page - shift+ctrl+E
2. go to Image>Image Size
3. change the resolution to 72 ppi
change the Dimentions to 500 x500 click OK
4. Save for web - alt+shift+ctrl+s OR File>save for web
change the quality until the image the desired file size (under 125k) then save

there are other ways to do this of course, just how I do it

in pscs I do this for sizing
layer>flatten image
then image>image size>change the resolution to 72
the file>save for web
there I have my settings at JPEG medium
I have optimized checked
above "optimized", I click on that arrow and type in 100k
oh- and I name this file ending with the word "web"- so I choose the right file when I'm uploading

then I do as the tut that Shelleyrae pointed you to
