Question Dumb question.... DIP Elements
I was in the download subscriber section and did not know how to use the DIP Elements. I realize that they are PNG files...but what to do with them?

Most of those downloads will have instructions included as a text file within the zip. There are also instructions within the tutorial section here. Look for the tuts on Making your own Photo strokes, art strokes and designer edges.
