That's odd because I sent emails from my gmail. I did get back auto response to the email I just sent tonight. I bought some things and they went through fine dunno what happened.
I got the sub on Feb 16th so it should of went through. thank you

OK ....then have you tried to log out of SBB, empty your browser cache, temp folders, history. Close your browser go back to SBB and sign in again.
Then do you see anything different?

Do you by chance have two different emails for the forum and store? If so that may be the problem and you have to let cs know this.

Customer service sent me email this am and just said to use a differant form of payment but when i went to my online bank stament it says the payment went through
I will sent them the email they sent confirming the payment. thank you for your help
