I bought some page kits this morning (for me about 12 hours ago) I was wondering how long that takes to process.

My order history says processed, and im just hanging out continually checking my email hoping something is there.. So is this a 24-48 hour thing? because i think im driving my kids crazy by being on the computer and not letting them on.. lol..

Jess - if it says processed you can always access your download links by visiting the "history" on the left hand side of the cart after logging in. If you are using a comcast.net email account - their emails do not go through from our cart and bounce back; you may want to switch that to something like gmail (I have invites if you need one).

first log in to your store account
on the left hand side go to order history
click on the search button (have "all dates" selected)
now click directly on the order number

This should take you to the order details....
under product info there is
SKU
Price
Quantity
Download link:
click on the link that is directly under the words "download link" on this page

I feel like a bit of an idiot now waiting for that all day.. Im going to blame it on my kids, it being half term an all and them driving me out of my mind.
