I put it on daily digest and just get one email a day.

I tried the daily digest, too. It's not working for me. As annoying as the e-mails are, the reminders are actually very timely. I love the go-to-bed reminder. I am a night owl, dh works second shift and does not come home until midnight. I really do need someone to tell me it's time to go to bed. I wish I could separate reminders and testimonials. I'd put the testimonials on digest and keep the reminders coming as they come.

I LOVE the FLYLADY! She's awesome! I would definitely have your email sort and put the reminders and such in a seperate folder(s). You also don't HAVE to belong to the Yahoo group to follow her suggestions. You can go daily digest as suggested and just skim through. I had mine set up to put reminders (clean your sink, put on your shoes, go to bed) into my delete file and projects and "real" emails into a special FLY LADY folder I created. I use Incredimail and you do this by adding a Message Rule. I really enjoyed the ones with recipes for dinner.

I bought the FlyLady organizer (in Purple, my FAVORITE!) and the wonderful feather duster! I check the site every so often for any new tips, recipes, suggestions.

She totally inspired me to declutter my home, offered so many practical suggestions and ideas. I'd recommend her any day!!!
