Absolutely Kim! I'm on vacation and don't have the program so I can't write a step by step tutorial but I would suggest duplicating (control-d) your photo. sandwich your frame inbetween the two layers and using your trim tool (in place of their l***o tool) to extract the different parts etc. You can use your transparency brush to clean up the edges.
