Wow....I was so excited to find this site. I'd been looking for graphics and stuff to begin my CG lo's and someone on another site posted this url......I'm hooked

I'm going to have tons of questions though. I've had Photoshop for quite awhile but just used it to process digital images for ebay....now I'm ready to move on. I've found that I haven't even come close to using a 10th of the power of this software. I'm ready though. My hubby is better at it than I am he's been showing me some things but the stuff you guys are producing here is fantastic.

I'll post my first LO soon for some feedback...I've got it about half finished.

My biggest set back right now is my camera....but I'll just have to live with it until christmas....thats exactly what I'm asking for money, money, money...."Show me the money". I want a digital SLR....Canon makes one right? I've got an old Canon SLR that about 17 years old that I love and still takes fantastic pictures but digital is where I'm headed, as long as they print as good as they look on screen. Ok.....I'm babbling....I'm just so excited about this new medium

Welcome! I'm so glad you found us. Make sure to check out the PS tutorials and the PS thread in the forums. There is so much good info in there. Also check out the newsletters. Great stuff in there as well!

Feel free to ask away with the questions. Someone will certainly try to give some answers. And yes, Canon, along with a few other companies does make a digital SLR. I have a Nikon and absolutely love that thing!
