Forum subscription

I’m confused. I have subscribed to several forums and requested daily emails but have yet to receive anything. I realize that I can go into my settings and see all forum threads which is great. But, still wondering about the email.

Well, I have over the last few days only been getting a handful of e-mails as well. I would maybe get two or three and then maybe not the next four!!
