Put yourself into your layouts!!!

Hey everyone!

If you're like me (and most of us probably), you take lots of pictures of your family, and you're not in too many of them! Personally, I don't particularly like seeing myself in print, if you KWIM! One of my resolutions this year, though, is to be in more of my family pictures. Whether I'm happy with myself or not, I know that my kids love me and will want to see me in pictures with them years from now. SO.... I've been making an effort to get into more pictures, and I'm proud to say that of the 9 layouts I've completed in 2006, I'm actually in 4 of them! That's something new for me! I challenge all SBB'ers who aren't usually in front of the camera to get there.... put your misgivings aside and know that it's not all about you... it will get easier the more often you do it, too!

As long as I can have digital facelifts and liposuction (via the warp tool or by any other PSCS means) ... I might just do this - ROTFLMAO.

C'mon you guys... I was being serious! Although the prospect of photo editing might be too good to pass up!

*sigh* - you're right, Lori. I really should put myself in layouts more often. It's just that usually I'm the one taking the pictures and if somebody else takes them, more often than not my head is somewhat cutoff or it's taken at such an angle that I looks about 50 pounds heavier than I actually am (I refuse to believe I look like that).

But unless I want my kids to think they were raised mothertheless when they grow up, I better get myself in there.

(what's the best way to clear up skin? Is there a magic filter - other than diffuse glow - that makes skin tones look much smoother & nicer? Am I the only one that still gets pimples after 35??)

B/W works well, but most programs I know of have a blemish feature. My teenage daughter loves that one!!

Second, OK, I accept the challenge Lori. I will have a LO with me in it by tonight!
