I could be wrong but I think the elements are separate. I think it just the paper collection.

I'm pretty sure they are seperat as well. I was just chatting with CraftTeaLady at the crop and she said she bought the cd and the elements packs, so I think they are seperate.

The CD is the papers only but the elements are offered separately in the store

As you go through the store it has each paper pack with the elements pack right next to it.
If you want one of her CDs with elements and paper, try the Seasonal Scraps CD -- it's got both paper and elements and a calendar template!
