Good morning ladies, I am currently hosting a heritage swap and this questions keeps occuring on our swaps. Some of the swap items we are creating makes some fairly large files when you have a background, photo mat, elements, etc.... What is the best way to scale your layouts down without affecting the quality? We want to make sure you can print this out and not lose the quality of the layout.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

i'm so glad that you are doing these swaps. i really want to participate (just have to get some of that time thing, lol!!).
you could try zipping the files. you could also try (like amy did in the ezine) seperating the files and emailing them individually or in smaller groups, that way each file is much smaller.
