trying to do tutorial lesson for psp8 need help

hi, i am trying to do a psp7 tutorial to make a bow on psp8 i have managed to get so far and probably by luck it looks like the picture, but am now stuck, where do i find the following on the psp8 have tried help section with no luck

select line tool. can't find it, lol probably so obvious.
