Have you guys noticed a sharp decline in the number of comments on your layouts? I remember that awesome feeling I had of getting 10+ comments on some layouts. I NEVER had any unpraised layouts before and now I have several, and many with just one comment or 2. So, I started to get upset, doubt my scrapping skills and wonder what was wrong with me. Then I thought about it further, and I know I have not been leaving comments like I should. SO , even though it's the busy christmas season, I have decided to post at least 10-20 comments a day. That really should only take 10-20 minutes or so, and it's worth it to give someone else the feeling I get when I see my layouts praised

Anyone with me?

I'm with you Amy! I've noticed this, too. But, like you, I haven't been leaving many comments. I think 20 comments a day is an admirable goal! It always seems like the more I comment, the more comments I get in return. So, let's start giving a little more during the holiday season!

I'm right there with you, Amy. While I 'know' that I don't scrap for the comments on this site, I have to admit that I do tend to take it a little personally when LOs don't get much feedback and I start questioning whether I'm doing a decent job or not. I was wondering if it was just me that was getting less and less! Thanks for bringing this up!

ITA - it used to be that I would spend at least 10-15 minutes a night commenting on layouts - but life tends to get in the way and I haven't been as diligent as I could be. And this gallery moves to darn fast, it's impossible to keep up!

But thank you for the reminder ... I'm going to try to do better as well.

I ALWAYS make a point of returning comments to those that do so to mine - even if it is a few days later! I do the "90" views daily and comment on at least 30-50 daily!

Count me in on this one also...the lack of going into the galleries!!

However in my defense I would like to add that I try really hard and usually do comment on the friends LO's that I have met and made in Chat's. When I attend chats I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to comment on those Lo's that are posted because you also hear/read the happiness, frustration, reasoning and love that goes into making them while attending the chats with the wonderful ladies that hang out in there!
And Holly I would like to thank you so much for all your wonderful comments that you have left me!! You are so wonderful!!!
Oh and Happy Belated Birthday also!!
