When it comes to paperscrapbooking I am far from new. I've been doing that for about seven years now. Now digital scrapbooking is a new think for me. My photo editing program isn't the best but we can't afford PSP. I just recently came across some free downloads so I am going to start doing a little. I still perfer paper scrapbooking.
