Animated Avatars Not Allowed
Having trouble finding the answer to this one - I apologize if this has been addressed. I wanted to change my avatar - I get a message saying animated avatars are not allowed - is this right?

I don't know the answer, but I'm guessing you're trying to change the one that you have up now (animated) to another animated one, right?

Yes, Jodi is right - I am trying to update this halloween one to a new one - no go - message comes up - "you may not upload an animated avatar".
Any ideas? Holly
