Red face Need hair extraction tutorial....

Hello all,
i got a few weeks ago a post from a group (dont remember which it was) about a tutorial how to extract difficult subjets with hair in photos. I know that i tried this tut on a pict but forgat to save the link. I have absolutely to finish the pict and cant get back to my tut link even in the favorites (think that i didnt save it here).
All i remember was talking abot masks and curves, threshold or something like this.....

Here are some tutorials to follow:
http://www.webdesign.org/web/photosh...hair.5835.html
http://www.ulead.com/learning/pi/pi10_04_1.htm

However, there are also some nice pro filters to do this too..
Primatte Chromakeyer works fantastic for images against a single color background (such as blue screen work)

Good luck!

On the Adobe site Deke McClelland has a tutorial called "Mask details no bigger than a hair" to extract a person from a photograph. Maybe that is the one you were looking for....
