I'm sure this has been asked and answered a million time - I did a search and I can't find a specific answer to my question. So I hope you will forgive me for starting another thread.

Here is my situation:

I would like to create Christmas Card templates for my photocards this year. I will likely offer them to friends (the templates) and I have been asked to perhaps post some templates on a photography website.

Here is my question:

If I create these templates using any elements from the download section here, can I still share the templates?
While I do not intend to use the templates for any commercial purposes, I cannot be sure the intent of anyone I share them with. KWIM?
Additionally, if sharing is deemed acceptable, and I were to offer to share templates, how does one give appropriate credit to the elements creator?

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

This basically goes outside the bounds of "personal use". I think if you are creating a template and sharing it with others, you need to e-mail the individual designer to see if this is okay with them.
