8 x 10 layouts

I have been creating my layouts at 8 x 10 bc the price of printing is so inexpensive. My problem is I can not seem to find any scrapbook style albums in that size. Teh only ones I can find are 8.5 x 11 and teh are the sticky old fashion ones. Does anyone know where I can find some cute looking albums in this size. Thanks a bunch.

I am an 8x10 scrapper as well
Honestly, I just use 8.5 x11 albums, and all my layouts have a little white matte around them

I too would prefer an 8x10 album, but there does not seem to be a huge market for them.

I have also done the 8.5 x 11 books. I get binders in bulk at sam's club. The only nice thing is you can decorate them with a cover picture in front and back. For large projects as is family heritage, it works out good for me because I can add to it freely. I have seen at michael's they have stretch covers all styles. Haven't seen them in person - so I couldn't tell you the quality.

I will tell you my favorite is the 8 x 8 books. Just try a page! I think you will be surprised how much you can fit and they do make books for the 8 x 8 and 6 x 6. I think you will amazed...I am hooked!!

I'm an 8 by 10 scrapper, and I use MyPublisher to have my layouts made into professionally bound albums. I know this wasn't what you were looking for, but I thought I'd mention this as an option.

I am an 8x10 scrapper as well - - I just use the 8.5x11 books for my LOs. In most cases, I have mounted the LO on a coordinating piece of card stock that is 8.5x11. When I have the had time, I have even added a little bit of embossing to the sides of the card stock but lately I am just lazy - - so it got me to wondering . . .

I wondered why I had begun scrapping 8x10 to begin with and causing myself extra work, so I did my last 2 LOs at 8.5x11. DUH!! - - then I realized - - when I print my LOs, the most common size of paper is 8x10 or 8x12 at most major developers - - that extra .5 inch on the width of 8.5 x11 would make me have to print on a bigger, more expesnive piece of photo paper.

I think that once the album makers realize the demand that digital scrapping has created for 8x10 that they may give in to making "OUR SIZE." Maybe we need to let them know that there is a demand though.

I AGREE I would love to see more albums in all the standard photo paper sizes - 5x7, 8x10 and even LOVE the Ritz's 6x8 size. I print 8 x 11 1/2 at home now but would love to have more professional development and those sizes are sooo much more reasonable. Even if I printed at home the ink saving would be great! I guess we are "just ahead of the curve"

I don't know if this will help, but I did a quick search on Froogle and found several 8x10 albums listed on ebay. Some of them were from ebay stores, so I would think they'd have several styles. Worth a look maybe?
