Scrapbook Factory

Im new to all of this scrapbooking..I did read reviews and decided on buying The Scrapbook Factory. I am finding my way around the program but have already run into one problem....I want to print my sheets out at Walmart but to do so I have to save JPEG which the program will not give me the choice to do so. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can save my pages to JPEG??

What does it allow you to save it as? a tiff? PNG? maybe you can save it as one of those formats than open it in Microsoft Picture it (most computers have it ,if you cant find it do a search on your computer it probebly will come up) than open it in picture it and save it as a jpeg.

I'm sorry to tell you this, but my experience with Scrapbook Factory is that it is set up to be exclusive. It is an Art Explosion brand program. The artwork and the files connot be shared with other programs. It is somehow protected even from copy and paste. You can print directly from your own computer, but cannot convert it to a form that is recognizable by most programs. I started with SF and enjoyed the ease of making pages and printing them on my computer, but I have since switched to Digital Image Pro by Microsoft. I still have it on my computer so I was just messing around with it to see if I could convert any files, the only thing it would let me do was print to .pdf file. If you have adobe acrobat (It is a free downloadable program) you could print and when print options come up chose print to .pdf file. .pdf files are a little more recognizable but I'm not sure what the quality will be.

This is getting a little long but I hope it helps you understand your program. There is a way to get a small .jpg sized image about 400 by 400 pixels (small enough to upload to a gallery to share with others). It has a convert to HTML option, when you convert it it makes a folder and inside the folder is the small web version .jpg. If you have any more questions feel free to PM me. If anyone else has any suggestions that would be great! (I still have old LOs in SF that I too would love to convert)

I was afraid of that...I guess that is something that should be put in the reviews. I thank you for your help 3DBsmom. What I do right now is send them over to my niece who is able to change them over to JPEG..I just feel bad always asking her for help. What I did was somehow got it into adobe form and sent it to her..she was able to open it and save it as JPEG with her program and send it back.
I guess I will just have to start printing them at home..was just hoping to save on ink, paper and time as well. Thanks.

Mine still does not give that option under file. Did you go to save to HTML, or maybe you have a newer version! Still hoping for a solution for my older LOs.
