trouble with ezprints?

Has anyone had trouble using the checkout at ezprints? I've used this company several times without incident, but am having major trouble this time. Just wondering if I should take a hint and find another printing company. Have any suggestions on another? I prefer 8x8 and have had trouble finding someone to print that size for some reason.
