I have a voucher for a kit and I can't seem to get it to work. I go to check out and it asks for type of payment, and I don't need to pay for anything, but it won't let me go past this step. Any suggestions?

Are you entering it into the coupon redemption box? It's on the same page where you choose how to pay. If you're entering it and it's not working, try emailing customer service.

Also I think you have to pick a payment method even though in the end your total will be zero.

Pick cheque/moneyorder
Then use you coupon
then confirm and you will see the total is $0
