Post Resizing photos

I'm quite new to digiscrappping. I'm using PS 7.
I would like to know how to resize a photo. I use the free transform tool. Is it the only way to do it or are there better methods?
Thanks.

You can also use the crop tool. It looks like two L's... one is right side up, the other is upside down. When you click on it, you'll see three boxes appear along the top of your workspace. One is for height, one for width and one for dpi. This is most useful if you're cropping to 4x6 or 5x7 for printing. Just enter you size and 300 dpi, and you can see exactly what you are cropping!
