Question Beach Blanket and Summer Fun free kits

Could someone please help me. I made two freebie kits that are located in the Members download area (Beach Blanket and Summer Fun). Anyway, someone is having problems with the size of the "papers" I guess. Are they too small?
When I start a new "paper" I always start with a custom 12x12 (Digital Image Suite 10), The pixel dimensions seems to be locked (with a little lock symbol) at 3600 width and 3600 height. My resolution is 300 pixels per inch.
Is everyone having the same problem with the papers, or maybe it is only the one individual that posted her problem?
I am newer to this and don't know how to check the size of a page I already made, the rulers on the workspace even show 12X12.
I don't know, i'm just a little confused and don't know if I created the whole kits wrong or not? Thanks for any help. Beth

Hi Beth!

I just downloaded both of your kits you mentioned and they are both only giving BG's that are jpgs 480x480 pixels(approx 1.5"x1.5") They are beautiful though, too small for us who do print.

I would say it could "possibly" be when your saving them as jpgs, you might be saving for web which could be making them smaller than the original program file... If you are positive when you set it up that your image size is indeed 12x12 at 300ppi or (3600x3600). It would almost have to be in the jpg conversion process where it's happening.

I don't use DIP, I use PSCS... but within my program there is an area where I can go to image size and see what it really is. For us PSCS users it's under >Image>image size and you can set it to inches/pixels/etc... Maybe you can post to the DIP section for image sizing if you can't find it easily in your program. You are doing a great job on your kits though! Sorry they're not coming out the right size for you, though.

HTH some?

I just downloaded the frame 2 zip and it is giving me 1152x1152, 16x16 inches but it is only created at 72 ppi. So when I go to paste it into a new image which is set to 300ppi it is a lot smaller. Did anyone else see this also?
Beth I have to say however, you have a great eye for digital design and graphics!!
Great colors and ideas!! WTG
