Question Help including hair on LO

I'm about to take the leap into my first digital LO and wanted to start with a simple page for my daughter's first haircut. So here's my dilemma, I saved some of her hair from the haircut...it's something I'd really like to include (the actual hair, not an image)...

That being the case, should I create the digital layout and adhere the hair in a pocket (which seems kinda weird to me); OR should I just stick with the ol' "traditional" method (paper/adhesives, etc) so that everything on the LO is the same medium?

Or any other ideas?

thanks,
KarenN

I say go with whatever floats you boat. If you do it digi try ading at least 2 traditonal elements to the page. Not jsut the pocket for the hair but also mabey a pice of ribbion. To balance the page. But it never hurts to do a littel digi and a little tradtional in the same album makes for some great chit chat as people view the album.

You know, having a vellum pocket attached to a digital LO doesn't sound strange to me. I agree with Jessica, you do need another traditional element to balance it.

You could even make a special space on the layout for attaching the envelope or pocket. Like maybe use a background paper and have one area left white and that's where you will attach the envelope.
