Hello all,

Let me first start by saying that I know there are a LOT more Important things than this for which to ask prayers.

However, this is still bothering me so here goes:

I just returned from a part business/part leisure trip to Atlanta. On the return plane ride someone removed my computer bag from the overhead compartment. Now I thought it was stolen, but apparently (maybe) someone took it by accident and returned it to the lost and found in Atlanta and it is now being sent to me and should arrive in about two days. Now here is where I need the prayers: my portable hard drive with all of my over 14GB of photos was in that bag. I just can't bear the thought of losing all of those photos! I already had scrapping ideas for those photos.

Please, if you do not mind, could you please say a little prayer that I get the hard drive back? Once again, I know in the scheme of things some photos are not really important, but I can't seem to stop worrying about the hard drive being stolen out of the bag.

I know how you feel about your pics. I have a cd binder FULL to the brim of backup cd's of pics (some even burned twice!) and I would hate to have these misplaced/lost/stolen. Also, don't want to put more worry upon you but was there any 'personal' info on your laptop? I would hate for you to become a victim of identity theft or anything... let us know what happens...

Oh I'm so sorry to hear this happened. I hope the computer makes it back to you all in one working piece. *Sheesh* and you'd think that carry on luggage would be safer!

...it is just the Epson p2000 photo viewer, so it is just a portable hard drive and not a computer so it has no personal info on it. However, I did have some business cards and my prescription making card in the bag and have already flagged my name with the 3 credit reporting agencies to block anyone who tries to open any credit accounts in my name.

Maybe the bag was just taken by accident? I am hoping.
