Smile pictures that have turned red/orange

The pictures that we took several years ago have turned red/orange. A friends told me I could do nothing about them. I am about to lose them all. I believe these pictures were sent to a processing place through the mail. I would love to save them but don't know how. Thanks corasuep

I have pictures that have turned this color on me too. I use PSP9 and have run them through the photo enhancer in this program. It has done a great job of bringing back the original colors. Hope this helps.

I also have pink photo's!! I agree PSP is fantastic at helping to correct them. I guess that is what I like the best about PSP, is it is a all around great program, fixing photo's, the digital camera noise reduction is the best!!
The dialog boxes for all the different ways to adjust an image are so easy to use and to play around with until you get the look you want!!
Good Luck!!

Most programs should be able to correct them for you ..its generally a matter of correcting the color cast which many program scan do in a one step process. If you ask in the forum for teh specific program you ave someone might be able to walk you through the process

Thanks for the replies. That was my first time to post a question. I neglected to say that I have Photoshop Elements 3.0! Maybe someone with the same program has had a similar problem?
