What exactly is the job of a Design Team Member? I see everyones banners in their signatures, but never thought to ask! Do you get given kits to design with, or what? TIA!

I was just thinking of how to define a DT and a CT, so great question!
Everyone chime in too.
A creative team is given product to promote the designer or store.
A design team member may be given free product to promote but also required to
help with crops, write articles/tutorials, be active in the forums, etc.
Just my interpretation, please feel free to add your 2cents

I'm a dt member on picketfencedesigns and they are looking for dt members for the spring/summer session! It's a great site and the women there are truly gracious and accepting. I am on the digital team, but it's a combined site (traditional/digital). i think they are advertising on scrapsubmit, you should check them out!
