I've taken a lot of time and effort over the past few months cataloging my files and tagging them using Photoshop Elements 3. If you have this program and are just getting started, I have a file of my tags that I'm willing to email anyone who'd like it.
It's so easy to use. Simply open up your oranizer, under tags, click New > From File . . . then find the file you've gotten from me and all the tags will be there and you can begin tagging your elements. I have categories and sub-categories that work well for me, and a ton of tags. They would be easy to modify to suit your own taste.
This file is not compatible with Adobe Album, but I have included screenshots of my tags organization so anyone can look at it and use it to get ideas of how to organize using Picasso or Album.
