I've taken a lot of time and effort over the past few months cataloging my files and tagging them using Photoshop Elements 3. If you have this program and are just getting started, I have a file of my tags that I'm willing to email anyone who'd like it.

It's so easy to use. Simply open up your oranizer, under tags, click New > From File . . . then find the file you've gotten from me and all the tags will be there and you can begin tagging your elements. I have categories and sub-categories that work well for me, and a ton of tags. They would be easy to modify to suit your own taste.

This file is not compatible with Adobe Album, but I have included screenshots of my tags organization so anyone can look at it and use it to get ideas of how to organize using Picasso or Album.

After emailing the file to about 10 people, and worrying about ending up blocked because of spam filters or junk email folders, I uploaded the file to Yousendit for anyone to download. Here's the link:
