Typically, you should scan your photo at as high a resolution as possible. I scan at 300 dpi. This ensures that when you manipulate the photo and print it, you'll maintain the high quality.

I work at 300 dpi on my LOs. Then, if I want to post it on the website, I resize it. BUt for printing, you always want a high resolution. I hope that helps!

Scan it at 300 dots per inch (dpi). If you insert it onto a page that is 300dpi it will be the same size as the real photo would be on a page.
