Uploading published layouts?

Can we put published layouts back into the gallery? I know you can with CK layouts as long as you include a note that they were in CK... can I ***ume all the mags are like that?

That is fine (so I've been told) as long as you add an "As seen in" note.... It's also free advert for the mags!
