Relax You're at the right place for help!

First, do you have a program yet? If so which one?
I highly reccomend reading lots of tutorials to learn how to use your program. SBB has a lot, and there are tons around on the web.

There are plenty of freebies to download here. And even more if you want to pay $15 for an annual membership (it's a steal!).

Honestly, the best thing you can do is just dive in and try making a digital layout. You may get stuck, and then just ask about what you're stuck on
