I have been looking though the gallery and noticed that most of the pages are of children. Is that what scrapbooking is used for? Does anyone use it for anything other then children? I don't have children and would like to use it for my pets & scenery .. Is there anyone out that uses it for these purposes only? I would love to see your gallery please

Hi, oh no people do many things husbands/parents/heritage/cats/dogs/vacations/nature...
I think a lot of us just have kids and as such we have photo's of them!! LOL And that's what Mom's do..hehe make things for our kids so they know how we feel about them!!

Mary Fran is my favorite LO Queen around here!! She can make a LO of anything and it's cute/funny/beautiful her humor is unbelievable...her creativity I do not believe has any bounds!!

I have been known to scrap anything! The entire definition of scrapbooking is very elastic. Scrap what suits you!

Scrapbooking can be whatever you want it to be

For me, I scrapbook mostly my daughter, but I also do layouts of my pets, my Dh, even myself. Others do them about vacation spots or nature. There are no rules...just do what makes you happy and what you want to preserve as history. Most of all...HAVE FUN!

Scrapping is for PHOTOS, just most of ours happen to have kids in them. What are in YOUR photos? Scrap that! What's important in your life? Scrap that! Have fun: the ideas are helpful no matter what's in the picture. Hope you feel inspired and find your niche soon

to see what YOUR LOs look like! Scrap what makes your heart happy! I have a lot of LOs that have animals in them, even one being rescued! I am glad that you checked out Mary Fran's galleries because she really is the Queen of doing LOs that are of a multitude of topics!

i have no kids either, candiflip and when i first joined i thought this was a 'mother's club' too lol
it took me a while to realise that you scrap whats in your heart... pure and simple. and for a lot of members here, it is their children in their hearts, but for me that is my husband, my dogs, my favourite places, my wedding, my honeymoon, my reason for scrapping, birthdays of family, and of course i also do challenges here, which means i scrap without photos too!
