I would like to send some of my Layouts to my family and friends. My question is what size/resolution and file extension is the best? Also, I would like for them to be able to print out the Layouts if they choose.

or something like yousendit.com (I think that is the name.) If you want people to be able to print it then you will want to send them high quality, hence bigger size files. If you send big files then you will end up with some people not able to accept the email because their boxes are full, too small, etc.

If you had your own site, you could just post the files and then people could download them from your site. If you use yousendit then you can upload it to their site and people get an email saying their is a file ready for download. With yousendit, there is a limit to the number of downloads and/or the amount of time it stays up on their site. I have only downloaded from yousendit a couple of times, so I don't really know the specifics involved in being the poster.
