Thumbs up Can you all handle another newbie?

Hi there all!

I am very new to pc scrapping but very excited about the possiblities. My ? of the day is where are there great papers/backgrouds that are free on the web?

I have seen epapers and cottage arts, any great links for freebies for stuff like that?

Hetty M

PS I have DIP for software.

It's really fun to play around with textures in the programs to == that way you can create your own. Suzanne's SEI papers are a wonderful way to get you started!!!
