I think I have developed a problem

Ok, I haven't posted much, but I've been busy making lo's and learning the software to do digital scrapbooking. I just started a couple of weeks ago.

My problem is that I think I've become obsessed. For example, I was reading the forums a minute ago, waiting for the pot of coffee I just set to brew to finish before I go shower. As I went wandering into my kitchen in search of the fresh coffee, I remembered how yesterday my husband asked me why I made hot water. I had made coffee yesterday, grinding the beans, adding the water, putting the filter in the basket, turning the machine on... CRITICAL STEP MISSING! I'm so distracted by possibilities running around in my mind that I forgot to put the coffee in the filter.. My mind was going on about what LO I could do next, what photos were in my computer I should do, what colors I might use, how to get that pesky ribbon to look pinched, and on and on....

Ok so back to now.. I just went to get my coffee to take my shower.. NO COFFEE AGAIN. Hot water in the pot. Dangit.

Oh well, now I have more time to consider what to do with those photos of my son when he broke his arm.... lol

Sorry for ranting, just felt like sharing.

Billie

You are now truely addicted! Welcome to the crowd. There was a self help group to calm this addicted but no one attended or if they did attend they stood up and said Hi! I am addicted to digital scrapping and am proud of it! LOL

I can relate!

Oh Billie!

I know exactly how you feel! I've become this maniac who stays up most of the night and it has consumed me!

Welcome to the club...

..in more that one way!

I know what you mean by getting obsessed! I have the same problem: house a mess; forget important things to do and when I realise that it's too late to do something about it!

So now I allow myself to look through the gallery and the forums when I wake up and then I really turn my computer off untill I've done something, otherwise I keep looking and scrapping!

So you're really not the only one!!!

I have found that I have scorched beans and over boiled the potatos for supper on two different nights!!! That's more food scorched in the last months, then I have in the last 20 years combined!!!

I NO LONGER cook... I had to give up something ...microwave, frozen or eat out!! Good thing I can still drive!!

Isn't this just terrible....LOL

One of these nights real soon, the gargantuan dust bunnies that are reproducing at an alarming rate will strangle me while I sleep.

Who has time to vacuum with so much creativity screaming to be unleashed on to a digi SB page?

I barely stay one step ahead of the health department!
