Mosaic squares overlay frame

I seem to remember someone posted an overlay type frame that made a picture look like it had been cut into mosaic squares - does anyone know where I might find it please? Thanks.

Great, thanks, but how do you use it?! It just appears as black with white lines when I put it over a photo and as a locked layer.

What program are you using? In PS or PSE you would put the mosaic overlay on a layer ABOVE your photo layer. With the overlay layer active, click on the magic wand tool (making sure the contiguous option is NOT checked) then select the black squares. Press the delete key and bingo, the black squares disappear, revealing your photo beneath with the white grid overlay. If you want, invert your selection and you can color the grid something other than white with the fill tool. HTH
