MS PICTURE IT??

Hello,

I am a beginner to digital scrapbooking and had a question regarding MS picture it express 9. Can you use this program to create scrapbook pages with some of the kits available on here to download? And is there any tutorials to this program? I know alot of you all use different programs that are more advanced but I have never tryed any of these programs none the less express 9, the only reason I have this program is because it came with my laptop. Also is this program different from the other MS picture it programs? Thanks and I look forward meeting you all as I will be asking a lot of questions.

You sure can use Picture It for making layouts. All you have to do is open the elements into Picture It. Have the background layer active then drag the other elements onto it and arrange as desired. Easy as pie! Picture It is the baby brother of MS Digital Image Pro (DIP). DIP allows the use of Photoshop compatible plugins and DIP9 and 10 has selection tools.

Picture It Express is a cut down version of the product that you actually purchase if you buy PictureIt or Digital Image pro. Its a very basic version but having said that if you just want to use kits and downloadables then it should be no problem.
Open a new canvas and use File> Open or drop and drag in your elements and arrange them as desired.
