Can you scraplift a LO that is copyrighted?
Hi,
This may be a silly ?, but I just discovered the newsletter and saw a terrific LO I would love to scraplift some day and that is when I noticed that all of the LOs are copyrighted.

technically speaking re: the digital industry - if the layout is created without scraplifting in the first place; any layout anyone makes is "copyright" to that person the moment it's created. If you are concerned about violating any copyrights or offending anyone you can always email the person; many times an is GREATLY appreciated and the creator is flattered.
