it's just a TEXT file --

i'm assuming you mean README not FEADME --

just creat a text file and name it with your KITNAME_README.txt and add it to your zip files.

that is it -- iclude your name and contact information and how you will allow the kit to be used in things such as submissions. If someone submits to a magazine using your kit is that ok --

how would you like credit to be given?

and any pertinant information you feel necessary.

Thanx Kristie&Another Q

Thanx Kristie&Another Q-can you or someone show me an example of what it should look like?
Here is the example in my mind:

For personal use only.
Feel free to submit to magazine if you credit me.

How is that??

Best thing to do would be to look at another Readme.txt file that you should have if you've downloaded any kit or element for another creator and that should give you a feel for how you want your's to look..
