how do i view thumbnail of members cd?

i think it the db file if so what program do I use to open it. if not is there a overview of what came on the kit?

I just go to My Computer and click on the drive icon the CD is in. When the window opens up with the folders from the CD, on the toolbar click on "view" then "thumbnails".
